: (1) In the case of employment of women workers or employees in tea plantations other than the time from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm, such women workers or employees and the manager may be employed by mutual agreement.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), when employing women workers or employees, the manager shall make the above arrangements for their safety.
